Paper, washroom and breakroom supplies
The washroom is the one room every person in your building visits and forms an opinion about. Clockwork supplies the whole wall — hand towel, bath tissue, soap, dispensers and liners — plus breakroom disposables, from one paper supplier on one delivery.

Bath tissue and facial tissue
Standard and jumbo roll bath tissue and facial tissue.
Dispensers
Paper towel, tissue and soap dispensers. Worth thinking about before you buy: the dispenser decides which refill you’re locked into, often for years. We’ll help you pick one that fits your usage and budget.

Air freshener and air care dispensers, feminine hygiene receptacles and washroom liners.
Breakroom and food service disposables

Choosing a dispenser system
The dispenser decides which refills fit, who you can buy them from, and what you pay — usually for years. It is worth five minutes of thought before it is bolted to a wall. The full argument is in why the dispenser decides your paper cost; the short version follows.
- Proprietary systems take one manufacturer’s refills. The hardware is often free or heavily discounted on the condition that you buy the refills, which is where the margin sits. This can still be the right deal — but only if you know the refill price before you accept the dispenser.
- Universal systems take standard roll and fold sizes from multiple manufacturers. More expensive up front, and you keep the ability to shop the refill price.
- Controlled dispensing changes consumption, not just cost. Single-sheet, measured-length and hands-free dispensers reduce how much paper gets taken per visit. In a busy washroom the consumption saving often outweighs any refill price difference, which means a slightly dearer refill in a controlled dispenser can cost less per month than a cheap refill in an open one.
Roll towel, folded towel, and what each suits
- Roll towel suits high-traffic washrooms. Fewer refill visits, less waste per dry, and controlled dispensers can meter the length. The dispenser costs more and matters more.
- Folded towel — multifold, C-fold, singlefold — suits lower traffic and places where a dispenser is impractical. Cheaper hardware, more waste per dry because people take two or three at a time, and more frequent refilling.
- Core size and compatibility. Roll towel comes in different core diameters and roll widths, and they are not interchangeable between dispensers. If you are reordering for existing hardware, the dispenser brand and model is what we need — not the roll size, which is easy to measure wrong.
- Estimating what you need. Headcount and visitor traffic predict consumption far better than floor area does. A rough starting point is to count current stock, check again in two weeks, and work from the real rate rather than a guess. We will do that as part of a site walk.
Recycled content and certifications
If your organisation has an environmental purchasing policy — and public sector, education and health customers usually do — the certifications on the packaging are what the policy is written against.
Recycled content is stated as a percentage, often split between post-consumer and total recycled fibre. Post-consumer is the number most policies care about. Third-party certifications such as EcoLogo and FSC appear on products meeting their respective standards.
Send us what your policy requires and we will look into what we can source against it, rather than you cross-checking labels.

Common questions
Can you supply paper towel for the dispensers we already have?
Usually, yes. Tell us the dispenser brand and model and we’ll match the refill.
Do you install dispensers?
We supply dispensers and match refills to the units you already have, but we don’t install them.
How much paper towel does an office go through?
It varies more than people expect — washroom count and staff count matter more than floor area. A site walk-through gives a real number.
Can washroom supplies go on a standing order?
Yes. Paper and soap are the most common standing-order items we deliver.
