Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Clockwork Supply Co. website. Clockwork Supply Co. is a trading name of Cleaning Service 7 Days Ltd. By using this site you accept these terms.

This site is information, not an offer

This website describes the kinds of products we supply. It is not a catalogue, a price list, or an offer to sell.

Product categories and item listings are indicative. Availability, specifications, pack sizes, and pricing are confirmed only in a written quote or order confirmation from us. Nothing on this website forms a contract, and no order is placed through this site.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions, and we may change its content at any time without notice.

Product information is drawn in part from our suppliers. Where a product’s specification, certification, or safety data matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order, and rely on the manufacturer’s own documentation.

Safety and suitability

We supply cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment, and industrial products. Nothing on this website is safety advice, and it does not tell you which product is appropriate for your workplace.

You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your application, for training your staff, for following manufacturer instructions and safety data sheets, and for complying with workplace safety requirements applicable to you. We are glad to discuss requirements with you, but that discussion does not transfer responsibility for compliance to us.

Intellectual property

The Clockwork Supply Co. name, logo, site design, and written content are owned by Cleaning Service 7 Days Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Third-party product names, brands, and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of us by them, or of them by us.

Photography on this site is licensed from third-party stock sources and may not be reused from here.

Careers content

Job postings on this site describe roles as they stand when posted. A posting is not an offer of employment or engagement. Terms are set out in a written agreement between the parties, and that agreement governs — not the posting.

External links

Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning Service 7 Days Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the terms of any separate supply agreement between us — those terms govern the products we actually sell you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Manitoba have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
